After reading all the entries I on Europanto I have to jump to the conclusion that there Europanto is not a new language, but instead a tool for Europeans whose mother language is not English and therefore need some support.
If I understand things right Europanto is speaking or writing English, and use some extra words from other languages to make it easier to other people. That is what people working in tourism and international trade have been doing ever since the invention of travel. the only thing new is that it has got a name now.
