How many Western Europeans speak Slovakian or any
other Slavic language? or Hungarian? Unfortunately very few.Furthermore Western Europeans,being much richer than Central Europeans,tend to regard themselves as superior when visiting or doing business and thus do not even try to learn Slavic or Hungarian words. Instead they expect Central Europeans to speak
their language rather than vice-versa.
This is very bad for the future of Europanto. Both the extension of the EU to include 20 native languages and the natural development of a predominantly Western Europanto ignoring Slavic
will,I think,become a problem.
What s buducom Europanto in tak situacia? No promesse dobru futuru.
